Description: Conducted exploratory ELISA on in-house manipulated samples for new project/indication.
Samples/Dilutions: 3 / 96
Results: Recovery is not inline with calculated expectations.
Status: Sample extraction requires further development.
Other: Further processed 12 samples for assay on Thursday. Attended technical meeting (1 hour). Explored additional literature for personal project (1.5 hours).
