The Daily Show: Neil DeGrasse Tyson – Space Chronicles
Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson stopped by The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Monday to promote his new book entitled Space Chronicles. In the interview, he makes the case for how “fear contributed to the development of America’s space program in the late 1950s – thereby spurring economic growth” – and how we lack such an impetus today.
I love Dr deGrasse Tyson!!! He’s an excellent ombudsman between astrophysics and the non scientists!!! Thanks for the post!!!
