TED: Philip K. Howard – Four Ways to Fix a Broken Legal System

Philip Howard, founder of Common Good, presents four ways to fix the broken US legal system at the 2010 TED conference; the proposed changes, and his arguments for them, seem pretty intuitive and persuasive to me.
