God and Circumcision
I never understood the tradition of circumcision; it always struck me as the cruelest thing one could do to inflict such pain on an infant. Furthermore, it can cause serious and permanent bodily harm and mutilation. The following cartoon from Atheist Cartoons puts an provocative spin on the ritual.

In the United States, most circumcisions are promoted by the medical machine because it is easy money for doctors and hospitals. Fortunately, more parents are waking up and realizing that infant circumcision serves no purpose.
